Mental Healthing

Insight & the -ing of what you need.

The More & Less of Mental Healthing

The focus of mindfulness in mental health is to bring more attention, more awareness, and more focus to actual health and using the correct language.

-ing.

A verb is a word that in syntax conveys an action, an occurrence, or a state of being.

We start attending and focusing – on all things healthing. This is how the mind works – it matters what we focus on.

Language is the voice of the mind, and it greatly matters that we speak more skillfully.

Languaging invites us into movement. Verb-style movement. Words help direct our minds, our lives, actions, and new choices.

Mindfulness

is inviting you into the healthing of your mind.

Offering you a new perspective of heal(th).

Teaching you. As you start learning.

Our minds start suffering when we don’t expose them to things, thoughts, spaces, and experiences of healthing.

Our nervous systems calm, balance, and experience more serotonin, endorphins, oxytocin, and dopamine when we give them life-giving healthing.

Less

Less hating. Less worrying. Less depressing. Less loathing. Less numbing. Less mental toxic loading. Less distracting. Less panicking.

These elements aggravate, stress, and shut down the nervous system – blocking the flow of our more pleasant and healing neurotransmitters.

-bless, bless, bless, your amazing mind.
